Will is the founder and director of Ocean Homes, bringing years of experience as a skilled landscape gardener, qualified arborist, and outdoor project specialist. With a strong background in groundworks and an expert eye for planting design, he combines technical know-how with a creative approach to outdoor living.

Passionate about the outdoors and inspired by Cornwall’s natural beauty, Will takes a particular interest in unique garden features such as saunas, pools, and wood-fired hot tubs. He’s a natural problem solver and team leader who thrives on finding practical, elegant solutions—even in complex or challenging settings.

Will’s commitment to quality, attention to detail, and going the extra mile for his clients is at the heart of every project Ocean Homes delivers.

Head of Operations & Client Services

With extensive experience in supply chain management and technical sales, Tom specialises in driving efficiency and value creation across diverse business operations. He brings a strategic approach to optimising supply chains, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring seamless operational processes. His focus on operational excellence enables him to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and deliver impactful solutions that support sustainable business growth.

Tom has a deep appreciation for the outdoors, spending his childhood exploring rugged coastlines and embracing Cornwall’s rich heritage. This passion for nature and the local area has shaped his approach to business, ensuring that his work is not only driven by operational excellence but also by a commitment to supporting Cornwall’s economy, environment and community. As a key part of the Ocean Homes team, Tom combines his professional expertise with a deep appreciation for Cornwall, guiding sustainable growth while staying true to the region’s unique character and values.

Founder & Director of Wild Arborist
Expert Arboricultural Technician

Toby is the owner of Wild Arborist and collaborates with Ocean Homes to plan and deliver all tree projects. He is a fully qualified, insured Level 3 Master Craftsman Arborist with over 10 years of experience in arboriculture and forestry.

He holds industry-recognised certifications including NPTC, Lantra, CSCS, IPAF, and CITB SSSTS, along with academic qualifications in arboriculture. With experience across private, commercial, and conservation settings, Toby is known for his professionalism, expertise, and passion for tree care.

Wild Arborist owns and operates a Valtra tractor with a 12 tonne timber trailer and crane set up to carry out large scale arboriculture, forestry and woodland projects.

Landscaper, Tree Team Groundy & Garden Maintenance Operative

Andy brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the Ocean Homes team, with a strong background in landscaping, garden maintenance, and supporting tree surgery operations as a trusted groundworker. He’s also trained in traffic management and holds a wide range of industry qualifications and tickets, ensuring safety and efficiency across every project.

His love for Cornwall and its landscapes is reflected in the care and attention he brings to each job — always with a great sense of humour that keeps the team motivated, whatever the weather.

A valued and versatile member of the team, Andy brings both skill and spirit to every project.

Garden Maintenance Operative & Tree Team Groundy

Sam is an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the Ocean Homes team, bringing skill, energy, and a strong work ethic to every garden he works on. With a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach, he ensures outdoor spaces are consistently cared for to the highest standard.

Always eager to learn, Sam is continually building on his skills and knowledge, making him a fast-growing talent in garden maintenance. A true team player, his positive attitude and reliability make him a key part of the day-to-day running of our outdoor projects.

Chief Morale & Mischief Officer

Jim is our much-loved black spaniel and expert in keeping spirits high. As CMMO, he’s always up for an adventure and never misses a chance for a swim.

Whether he’s exploring new trails or offering a big hello at the end of a long day, Jim brings energy, joy, and plenty of muddy paw prints to the team.

Pawject Manager & Head of Canine Operations

Paddy is our long-standing member of the team since joining Founder Will on the rounds at 6 months old, years later, he still brings enthusiasm, energy, and plenty of tail wags to every day before going home to update Tom on the days operations. With a love for the outdoors (especially sticks), he thrives on long walks along Cornwall’s stunning landscapes, embodying the adventurous spirit of the region. Whether offering moral support during busy moments or simply keeping spirits high, Paddy’s presence makes a difference. His friendly nature and boundless excitement ensure that everyone feels welcome.

As a seasoned mentor, Paddy also takes on the important role of babysitting Jim, the team’s younger work dog. With patience and a watchful eye, he helps guide Jim through daily routines, making sure he’s learning the ropes while keeping mischief to a minimum!
